API integration
Connecting the platforms you already pay for so data moves once, automatically, and arrives in the right shape. Custom endpoints where the off-the-shelf connector doesn’t exist.
Services
We don’t sell tools. We connect what you already own, put intelligence where it removes real work, and build the presence around it — scoped in writing, billed only once approved.
The plumbing. If two systems in your business need to know the same thing and a person is the one telling them, that’s a job for us.
Connecting the platforms you already pay for so data moves once, automatically, and arrives in the right shape. Custom endpoints where the off-the-shelf connector doesn’t exist.
Getting suppliers off email attachments and onto a live feed — catalogues, stock levels, pricing, and orders flowing straight into your systems.
The recurring manual task — the Monday export, the re-keyed invoice, the status update chased three times — replaced with something that runs itself.
One source of truth instead of four versions of it. Scheduled or real-time syncing between tools, with error handling so silent failures don’t become surprises.
Anyone can buy an AI subscription. The value is in choosing the right one, wiring it into how you actually work, and having someone accountable for it after launch.
Where AI genuinely saves hours in your operation and where it’s an expensive novelty. An honest answer first, then the right tool for the job.
Building AI into your existing workflow — inside the tools your team already opens, not as another tab nobody remembers to use.
Monitoring output quality, refining prompts and configuration, controlling spend, and adjusting as models change. AI is not set-and-forget.
Training your people to use what we built, and documentation so the knowledge stays in your business rather than in our heads.
The face of the system. Built by the same people who built the machinery behind it, so the two actually agree with each other.
Fast, responsive, properly built sites — and where it matters, connected to the systems behind them so enquiries and orders land where they should.
A brand mark and a visual system that holds up at every size, from a favicon to a vehicle wrap, with the files and rules to use it consistently.
Scripts for video, copy for pages, and structured content that reads like a business with a point of view instead of a template with the names swapped.
Updates, changes, and additions after launch, on a defined arrangement — so the site doesn’t quietly rot six months in.
Sometimes the deliverable is a decision, not a build. We’ll do the thinking with you and hand you something you can act on — with or without us.
Mapping how information really moves through your business, where it stalls, and what each bottleneck is costing you in hours and errors.
A sequenced plan — what to fix first, what can wait, what to leave alone — written plainly enough to hand to anyone on your team.
Independent assessment of the platforms you’re considering. We don’t take referral fees, so the recommendation is only ever about fit.
Redesigning the workflow before automating it. Automating a bad process just produces bad outcomes faster.
Process
The same sequence on every engagement, whether it’s a one-week integration or a six-month build.
We learn the business and the problem. Free, and with an honest answer about fit.
Deliverables, milestones, timelines, and fees in CAD, agreed in writing before work starts.
Work runs milestone by milestone, with progress visible to you throughout.
You review each milestone. Reasonable revisions to reach the agreed outcome are included.
You approve, then the invoice is issued. Never the other way round.
Billing
Most agencies ask for fifty per cent before anything exists. We don’t. Here are the terms, in full, before you ever speak to us.
Scope and milestones are agreed in writing first. No work begins on a verbal understanding.
A milestone is invoiced only once it has been completed, revised as reasonably needed, and approved by you. There is no upfront payment for undelivered work.
Revisions needed to reach the agreed outcome are part of the milestone, not an upsell. Genuinely new requirements are scoped as a new milestone, with your agreement.
If a project can’t be completed, you receive a pro rata refund for any paid-but-undelivered milestone.
If work was done but a milestone wasn’t reached, it isn’t charged. The risk of getting there sits with us.
Payments are processed via Stripe and PayPal. Full scope, fees, currency (quoted in CAD), timelines, and refund terms are set out in a written agreement and on our Terms & Conditions page.
